Worked with the Digital Innovations Team in NatWest to conceived and impliment the production of a vision film for a pioneering  AI ChatBot. 

The Brief :

Conceive & create a film, which highlights NatWests’ vision for the future of digital banking. 


One of the primary requirements for the project was that human interactions on the AI should feel as believable as possible - In order to connect with customers we really needed to better understanding their needs - so we studied their interactions with the helpline to the bank customer service - Pinpointing the primary ‘pain points’ gave us our scenarios that we worked up into real life situations with scripts and storyboards. 

We wrote a set of simple story-telling guildelines to ensure that there would be continuity of visual style and pace for the follow up films, of which there were 5.
